These is the series Emilia Wickstead chose to complement her collection. Because being ordinary is not an option.

THE SERIES

Year: 2022

Inspired by the rhythmic flow of a summer day in my home country, Brazil, all pieces from the Bossa series are hand-sculpted from artist-grade polymer. I intentionally shaped the material to look organic and fluid, capturing a sense of movement even when it's still.

Because of the material, it is incredibly lightweight. You get the visual impact of a runway piece without any of the weight, making it comfortable enough to wear all day.

But why Bossa?

For us Brazilians, bossa has a specific meaning. It’s a bit like the French 'je ne sais quoi'. Bossa is that person who is charming, sexy, and has an intriguing way of thinking or just being. It is the gingado (swagger) that only summer days can provide.
