Returns & Cancellations
We gladly accept returns. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalised orders; items on sale, gift cards, made to order, limited editions, one of a kind, Choose Your Price pieces, and, for hygienic reasons, earrings are also not accepted for returns.

Exchanges & Cancellations
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. However, please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
