ABOUT THE JEWELLERY
Inspired by the rhythmic flow of a summer day in my home country, Brazil, I hand-sculpt these earrings from artist-grade polymer. This material is essential to the design: it allows me to create a substantial, dramatic scale while keeping it incredibly lightweight.
You get the full impact of a runway statement earrings, but they are comfortable enough to wear from morning until late at night without dragging on the ear.
The handmade nature ensures that every piece has its own organic movement, no two pairs are exactly alike.
But why Bossa?
For us Brazilians, bossa has a specific meaning. It’s a bit like the French 'je ne sais quoi'. Bossa is that person who is charming, sexy, and has an intriguing way of thinking or just being. It is the gingado (swagger) that only summer days can provide.
That is precisely the attitude I sculpted into these earrings.
