THE RHYTHMIC FLOW OF SUMMER
Let me tell you something about summer, it is all about BOSSA, and here is why.
First, probably, the first thing that comes to your mind when hearing the word bossa, might be Bossa-Nova, the Brazilian music style created in Rio de Janeiro in the end of 1950.
This alone already takes us to an afternoon on the beach - Ipanema, Copacabana, or, in my case, some remote beach in Bahia.
(WoW. I swear to you that now I can feel the wind on my face while writing this email and hear the relaxing ocean while drinking my fresh coconut water.)
Don't worry; I am not trying to make you jealous here; this is just a dream. I am in London.
Anyway, but the point is... summer is bossa.
Now, what you might not know is that for us, Brazilians, bossa has another meaning, it is a bit like the French would say a 'je ne sais quoi'.
It is that person who is charming, sexy, and has an intriguing way of thinking or just being. They have something, but you can't just put your finger on it.
It can also be a place, a mood or even an attitude.
Bossa is the gingado (swagger) that only summer days can provide.
