Stockist Terms and Conditions
How to Become a Stockist
If you wish to become a stockist, please contact us through the email stockist@pinah.co.uk to register your interest.
In your email, you need to provide the following information: the store's name, website, email, address, and phone number, plus the contact information of the person responsible for ordering: name, email and phone number.
How to Order
Orders should be placed through Pinah's website, www.pinah.co.uk, using the discount code provided upon approval of the stockist. Unless otherwise agreed.
Payment
Payments must be made using the discount code at the checkout page of your order. Your order will only be confirmed after payment is made. Unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery
Lead time varies, and it will be agreed upon placing your order based on the pieces and quantities needed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code to check your parcel's journey.
Prices
All jewellery should be sold at RRP, and goods must not be priced under this amount.
Returns & Exchanges
We cannot accept returns on wholesale goods. But please get in touch with us if you have any problems with your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Handmade
Our jewellery is handmade; therefore, there may be some slight variations between the images and your final item. The buyer accepts this when placing an order. It will not be considered a fault, and therefore, no credit will be issued.
Sales Outlets / Websites and Online sales
You are only authorised to sell through the retail store you listed on your initial application at the address given. Secondary stores must receive prior approval. Website and online sales must have prior consent. Even if your retail store has online sales attached, you must obtain separate approval for that outlet. Pinah does not allow its products to be sold at online auction sites, such as Amazon and eBay, nor through markets without written permission.
Exclusivity
Approval is needed before becoming a Pinah stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case. If you don't place a re-order within six months, Pinah will consider the stockist time-lapsed and void exclusivity.
Packaging
All jewellery must be sold in its original packaging and the Pinah name and/or logo should not be obstructed in anyway. Unless otherwise agreed.
Copyright and Images
All items and product imagery are subject to copyright. However, we can provide product imagery on request.
